What Birdray is
Birdray is a software subscription that organizes public records about licensed California contractors and provides tools for insurance professionals to research, prioritize, and contact them. Birdray is not an insurance agency, broker, or lead vendor, does not solicit insurance on anyone's behalf, and is not compensated per lead, quote, or policy.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace admins control who can join their workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Birdray only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state insurance producer licensing requirements, and the terms of any mailbox provider you connect. You are the sender of any message you send through Birdray.
Data
Information in Birdray is compiled from public sources (including the Contractors State License Board, the California Secretary of State, OSHA, FMCSA, municipal permit portals, and Google Business Profiles) and is provided as is. Fields carry confidence indicators; verify carrier and expiration details before relying on them. You may not resell or redistribute Birdray data outside your workspace.
Connected accounts
If you connect a mailbox, Birdray sends only the messages you or your workspace schedule, stores the minimum tokens required, and stops sending when you disconnect.
Subscription and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birdray is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
